The AMSO Observatory is located at an elevation of aprox. 1600m (4800ft) on Mount Gerlitze in the state of Carinthia and can be reached by car all throu the year. AMOS main points of interests are astrophotography and the observation of comets and asteroids. The AMOS Observatrory also has a tight cooperation with the sun  sun observatory of the university of Graz. AMOS gives youthe chance to take a look at the wondrous night sky for your self.

Building up Amos II

The last missing part to finish our observatory has been finished now. AMOS has it’s dome.
