Explore the secrets of the universe in our state of the art observatory. at one of the most beautiful alpine regions in Austria Up to 10 people at a time can attend our tours. Observations will be done with binoculars and our 14” telescope.

Equipped with binoculars and telescope we go on the hunt for Red Dwarfs, White Giants, Super Novas and star birthplaces.
Animations and schematics on the computer will tell you the story of a a stars life and death.
Possible objects to view:
Ringnebula in the Lyra constellation (Supernova)
Double stars in the Swan constellation (Albireo)
The big Orion nebula (visible from October through March)

Comets and Asteroids![]()
Every year dozens of new comets are discovered on their way through our solar system. One of them is the well known comet Halley that passes earth every 76 years. With binoculars and telescopes we will hunt them down and learn about their creation.

Our Solarsystem![]()
A trip through our solar system. We will start with a small lecture on the most prominent star constellations and learn about the difference between a star and a planet
Possible objects to view:
Jupiter, Saturn
Venus, Mars, Our Moon
Depending on the seeing and transparency of the athmosphere we will view the planets on the computer through a camera in the telescope.
